The Sales and Client Management program prepares students with the most important skillsets and intensive product, customer, and industry knowledge required for initial success in a competitive sales role. Students go through field selling, sales technologies, sales analytics and forecasting to develop their critical skillsets. This academic program integrates a number of industry certifications and licenses required for financial, medical, and IT salespeople. Students will experience a rapid transition to highly rewarding sales positions.

The Digital Marketing program helps students obtain important digital skillsets in customer acquisition, analysis, service, and engagement that are highly sought for in today’s digital business environment. The selling skills are developed in a series of courses facilitating efficient utilization of social media selling, search engine optimization, e-commerce, customer database, and sales artificial intelligence. A number of leading industry certifications are built into the program. Digital skillsets prepare students to excel as a salesperson as well as earn opportunities for higher pay in sales roles.

By taking part in the Sports Business program, students are better prepared for field sales positions in sport, fitness, recreation, health, and entertainment industries. This academic program exposes students to the entire sales funnel in sports sales, sponsorship sales, event sales, and merchandise sales. Sports business highlights customer needs and lifestyles, as well as how to use analytical knowledge to meet sales goals and targets.
