The Summit offers a prime platform to connect with a large, highly motivated pool of sales talent. Employers can engage with candidates through multiple touchpoints—a large career fair, professional networking with alumni, exclusive recruiting sessions, and company presentation sessions—building valuable relationships for current and future hiring needs.

For Sales Students
Students from West Chester University and neighboring institutions attend the Summit ready to secure internships and full-time roles, and learn to take the first step in their sales career. Attendees gain direct access to recruiters, sales experts, and corporate partners, while learning about the skills and qualifications that define success in sales.
